These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Publifye account service ("Service") operated by Publifye ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address and a secure password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Publifye shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
